Scope and Contents The collection of the Zion United Methodist Church consists of two record books. The first record book, spanning the period from 1861 to 1908 is written in German. Information contained within this volume includes registers of officials, members, baptisms, marriages, and deaths. Some congregational statistics are also included. Abstract

The collection consists of three record books, dating from 1853 through 1974, and including information on the church's members, lists of baptisms, marriages, confirmations, communicants, and burials. The first volume includes a family register which dates from the 1780s through the 1860s. The first two record books largely are written in German.
