Scope and Contents
The focal point of the Mahla Family collection lies in photographs and photograph albums. These pictures include portraits, family and candid shots. Most of the photographs are identified and dated. The photograph albums on the other hand are dated but the photographs are not in a consecutive yearly order and they are also unidentified.
A scrapbook which includes programs and ephemera, newspaper clippings of births, deaths, and marriages allows one to form a family history. It also assists in identifying more of the photographs. The scrapbook does have one drawback; it is not in a consecutive yearly order.
Bucyrus High School publications also are included in this collection. These publications mainly include yearbooks.
