Abstract

This collection comprises research materials regarding Ohio Volunteer Infantries (OVI) in the Civil War compiled by Jeffrey S. Creamer. While the bulk of materials documents the 20th and 178th Ohio Volunteer Infantries, the collection contains a range of Civil War memorabilia and research materials. Most of the research materials were compiled by Creamer; the collection also contains some personal correspondence with others interested in the field.
