Biographical / Historical
Jeffrey S. Creamer (1951-2014) was a lawyer in Toledo, Ohio. He attended the University of Dayton, and received his law degree from Case Western University. He worked as lawyer in Cincinnati and then Toledo, in the firms of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister and Shumaker, Loop and Kendrick. He also taught environmental law as an adjunct at the University of Toledo, volunteered within the community as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, and cultivated a special interest in American history. As several of his ancestors served in the Civil War, Creamer dedicated much time to researching the Ohio 102nd and 20th Infantries, of which they belonged.
