The Beta Sigma Phi records consist mostly of scrapbooks, minutes, and photographs. The material in this collection documents the activities of this women’s social organization.

The Bethlehem Lutheran Church collection (1800-1945) largely consists of records of membership, births, confirmations, communion, marriages, and deaths. The collection includes: minutes/family register (1800-1907), written in German, which contains vital statistics as well as church minutes and an index on pages 191-201; a record book (1878-1916), written in German; and a record book (1916-1945).

The Genealogical Society of Utah edition consists of first communions 1925 - 2000, confirmations 1925 - 2000, and deaths 1925 - 2001. An edition including baptisms 1925 - 2001 and marriages 1925 - 2000 has been placed at the Catholic Diocese of Toledo, Ohio and the Center for Archival Collections.
