Bill Schurk Collection of Radio Shows
Master audiotape reels containing recordings of Bill Schurk's radio show They Start the Victrola and Go Dancing Around The Floor which aired from late 1969 until January 1970. The program was broadcast on WBGU radio and advertised to other radio stations. The collection also includes Schurk's notes from his research for the show, some show scripts, and limited documentation of the show's marketing by WBGU.
Lonesome Gal Radio Show Collection
This collection contains 9 discs with 1 Lonesome Gal show per side. Shows generally contain: an introduction, commercials of varying lengths, commentary or anecdotes that led into romantic songs, and the show closing. The commentary and anecdotes often express the host's lonliness and her affection for the (usually male) listener. The collection also contains a folder of radio show program notes, including track timings, suggested playlists, and cues for disc jockeys.

This collection consists of radio scripts for "Once Upon a Time in Ohio," a series of juvenile programs on Ohio history, conceived by Dr. George Janney and co-produced by The Ohio State University Radio (WOSU) and the Ohio Historical Society.
