Biographical / Historical
In June 1978, St. Joan of Arc parish was created. Reverend Richard T. Wurzel was appointed their first pastor. Mass was held in the chapel of St. John High School until 1980. In 1980, a school and multi-service building was built. It was in this multi-service building that services were held until the current church was built in 1984.

Ceranowski of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church and Frank Beier of the Catholic Diocese of Toledo, Ohio.
