Biographical / Historical

Resurrection Parish was established on July 6, 1969 by decree of Bishop Donovan. Until 1971, it was a Mission of St. Peter Catholic Church in Mansfield, Ohio. In 1971, the parish received their first resident pastor , Reverend Robert J. Weithman. In this same year the parish built their first church. Since 1969 the church has been growing steadily.
