Processing Information

During processing confidential materials (primarily including students social security numbers and grade information) were removed. Each year to determine eligibility for PAT, interest from students was obtained from members of the history faculty and then a report was generated by the registrar's office on the academic standing of those expressing interest. The originals of all these were destroyed during processing.
