Series
This series consists mainly of minutes from mid-year and annual meetings, as well as proceedings for annual meetings. AGLMH currently holds an annual meeting on the second weekend of September, along with a mid-year meeting via conference call in April. The mid-year meeting was formerly held in Lansing, but was eventually changed to the conference call format due to logisitical difficulties. Also contained in the series are the articles of incorporation, constitution and by-laws, and other legal documents.
