In the dead of night on October 5, 1946, six individuals were specifically hand picked by President Frank Prout of Bowling Green State University to form the official spirit crew for the school. Their mission, " do all in our power to help make Bowling Green State University a better place by promoting school spirit and goodwill among the students and faculty." One of the oldest active groups on Campus, SICSIC continues to promote school spirit on campus and keep morale high at BG sporting events. The secret six are known by their distinctive coveralls and masks.
