Transcript of testimony taken in Cleveland, Ohio, by the Master of the JOHN B. COWLE, which was sunk in collision with steamer ISAAC M. SCOTT, in thick fog, July 12, 1909, off Whitefish Bay, Lake Superior. Of the crew of twenty-four, fourteen were lost.
