Meeting Files, 1997-2015

 Series

Series 1: Meeting Files - includes minutes, agendas, and sometime background materials for various groups within Dining Services. Best documented are the activities of the Food Advisory Board (FAB) and the Senior Staff Meetings. A few folders contain minutes specific to individual campus eating facilities. Topics covered include equipment maintenance, student employment, logistics, revenues, employee concerns, and special events planning. There are various levels of detail in the minutes -- in some individuals are simply referred to by first name, while in others everyone's role is clear. The FAB minutes include the most attachments and background materials including lists of FAB members, including student representatives, for several years.
