The Ohio Yearly Meeting of Friends, Mt. Pleasant/Damascus, Ohio (now Evangelical Friends Church, Eastern Region) collection (1760-1965) provides the researcher with a great quantity of statistical information on membership activities such as births, marriages, removals, transfers, and death. Vital statistical information such as names (fathers names and mothers' maiden names), dates, and location are provided within some volumes. Administrative information is available through the minutes of the various meetings held by the Friends, including the Women Friends, Preparative, Select Preparative, Monthly, and other meetings. The Treasurer's Reports, as well as some of the meeting minutes, provide information on financial aspects of the Friends Church.

Organizational records include Library Account Books which list the titles of books and names of patrons, Sunday School Record Books which list the names of officers, teachers, and pupils, and the minutes and membership records of the Christian Endeavor Society and Foreign Missionary Society.
