The Lillian Gish memorabilia contains a wide variety of objects from the life and home of Lillian Gish and her family, including both designer and off-the-rack clothing and accessories; photographs, artwork, and household items belonging to Lillian, her mother, and sister; and awards received by Lillian Gish in recognition of her career, such as the Kennedy Center Honors, the American Film Institute Lifetime Achievement Award, the Eastman House Award, and the Women in Film Award. Finally, the memorabilia include a number of film reels from Lillian’s productions.

Wilhelmina Pilger collection on Lillian Gish, 1965-2000
The Wilhelmina E.S. Pilger collection on Lillian Gish contains correspondence between Pilger and Gish dating from the mid-1960s through 1992, as well as Pilger’s correspondence with a number of Gish’s friends and associates, including James Frasher and Stuart Oderman. The collection also contains Pilger’s personal scrapbook documenting Gish’s career, photographs, and needlepoint pillow covers.
