Personal collection of photographic albums, printed material, and reports, reflecting his business responsibilities as the Western Division Manager of the Northeastern Public Service Corporation, with the local office in Bowling Green, Ohio. Collection gives an overview of the range and impact of electrification in small town and rural areas, as well as the standardization of a safe water-supply.

Selected articles written by Block between July 1, 1969 and March 20, 1970 while serving in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and published by the Pacific Stars and Stripes, USARV Reporter, Cavalair, and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

The material in this collection dates largely from approximately 1978 to 1989, with some primary documents collected by Mrs. Kidd dating back as far as the 18th century, which document Kidd’s ancestry and family history.
