The Ny Martin Collection of Filk Materials contains materials that document late 20th century, early 21st century northeast US Filk fan culture. Documents include independently published plastic comb-bound lyric and song books and convention programs, staple bound lyric books and fanzines, one unpublished and unbound lyric book, and a published script of "A Shoggoth on the Roof." Most materials date from 1994 to 2003. Earliest document is the NESFA Hymnal 2nd Edition songbook from 1979. Latest material is Rec Room Rhymes #16 lyric book by Roberta Rogow from 2007.
