Biographical / Historical
Arthus Marquis (died 1988) was a prolific author and a director and producer of radio dramas and documentaries. His best known radio productions include The Fifth Horseman, The Pacific Story, Unlimited Horizons, Enterprising West, and America's Indians. Marquis began his career as a journalist, which heavily influenced his approach to researching his documentary subjects. He also wrote the book A Guide to America's Indians (1974).
