Biographical / Historical
Graham Landrum (1922-1995) was an American author of several cozy mystery novels whose central characters are members of a local chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Landrum received degress from the University of Texas and a Ph.D. in English Literature from Princeton. He taught at Rice, Austin College, King College in Bristol, Tennessee before retiring and taking up writing full time.
Landrum's novels include The Famous DAR Mystery (1992), The Rotary Club Murder Mystery (1993), The Sensational Music Club Mystery (1994), and The Historical Society Murder Mystery (1996). Landrum's son Robert completed and published an unfinished book after his father's death, titled The Garden Club Mystery, in 1998.
