DeHorn Crew (Musical group)

 Organization

Biography

The Dehorn Crew was organized in 1975 as the band of the Chicago branch of the Industrial Workers of the World.

The band’s original members – Leslie Fish, Mary Frohman, Robin Oye, and Kathleen Taylor – were eventually joined by Carol Shuttleworth and Carol Mason for two albums (Folk Songs for Folks Who Ain’t Even Been Yet, 1976, and Solar Sailors, 1977) and performances. It’s Sister Jenny’s Turn to Throw the Bomb reunited the band ten years after their last album.
